Diversito's mission and vision

Mission

Diversito shows companies the added value of diversity and gives shape to diversity by connecting employees with themselves and their team by recognising who they are and what they do and communicating about this in individual or group coaching sessions and through consulting and training pathways.

Vision

Diversito departs from the vision that people want to give and receive recognition. People who are recognised for who they are and what they do, are:

  • more motivated,
  • more flexible,
  • more creative,
  • more productive,
  • more social,
  • not afraid of change.
  • authentic and therefore more diverse,
  • more loyal toward each other and the company,
  • not ill very often,

In this way Diversito wants to prepare employers and employees, their products and their services to today and tomorrow's reality.
